Our cuisine has a biovicious heart and an indomitable spirit. Our roots are in the Mediterranean, from southern Italy to the Middle East, but we love to travel the world of flavors. Some influences, like those of Asian cuisine, are part of us. Others, like Peruvian cuisine with its ceviche, are touches of freedom. We take the best from around the world and put it on a plate. Like all travelers, we are naturally curious, but we also know how sweet it is to return to the flavors of home.

We use organic, seasonal ingredients, and mouth-watering recipes. Our dishes have a botanical touch, paying special attention to the wonderful world of herbs and spices. Our organic desserts

Led by our legendary Pastry Chef Francesca Cascia, the The fabulous Borboletta artisanal bakery bakes fresh organic desserts daily, always fragrant and bursting with delicious flavor. To delight our beloved biovicious guests, we draw from the world's most delicious pastry traditions: cheesecakes and carrot cakes, vegan chocolate cakes and tarts, tarte tatin, and scones decorated with soft cream, powdered sugar, and fresh fruit. Mouth-watering!

We accompany our desserts with wonderful teas and infusions, organic coffees, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and hot chocolates with 5-star creams, cappuccinos with milk, even plant-based!

We're passionate about breakfast, afternoon snacks, and brunch, perhaps enjoyed at the communal table while reading the paper or working on the computer. Fragrant tarts, cookies, and brownies—come and try our desserts, which we've dedicated an entire menu to!

We admit it: we're incorrigible gluttons! Our organic cakes are the highlight of Le Serre's dessert menu. Created by the fabulous pastry chef Francesca Cascia, our cakes range from warm chocolate hearts to tiramisu, from apple and walnut cakes to lemon meringues. Served warm with gelato, dusted with sugar and cinnamon, and made irresistible with fragrant creams.
