Our Wine Bar is the ideal place to lose yourself in conversation and meet new people.

Behind the bar, you'll find our Spice Wizard, Head Bartender Sara Paternesi, who will create delicious travel-inspired cocktails and fabulous mocktails with a botanical twist right before your eyes.

The wine list is inspired by nature: organic wines selected from Italy's finest producers and the most innovative producers. The beers are strictly craft, perfect for sipping while enjoying our delicious savory tapas.

Since the dawn of time, thousands of brave and fearless men have risked their lives to bring home unique and extraordinary botanical specimens, flowers of improbable beauty, refined spices for trade, and exotic plants. Our non-alcoholic cocktails draw inspiration from the great expeditions that introduced us to ginger and chili peppers, green tea and cinnamon, star anise and cloves, exotic fruits and the scent of lemongrass.

The Spice Routes

The echo of a Cuban beach, a sprinkling of sumac in the desert, the unmistakable aroma of juniper in the English countryside. Our Cocktail Bar is called La Via delle Spezie (The Spice Route) because it draws inspiration from the great trades of the past. Subtle and precious commodities, spices could be more valuable than gold. Le Serre uses homemade preparations specially created by our Spice Mistress. We follow the low-ABV trend by offering low-alcohol cocktails.

Ours is a passionate selection of organic and biodynamic wines, with bottles that have won awards in the food and wine and Slow Food sectors. We bring together Italian excellence and innovative producers. We rediscover ancient, lesser-known cultivars, but we don't neglect the great classics. By the glass or in the bottle, whites and reds, Prosecco or Champagne, one thing is certain: our wines come from grapes grown in soils that have preserved their biodiversity.

I'm Sara, and I'm a traveler. On horseback, on a surfboard, on foot, with my mind, any means is allowed: I search for dreams, poetry, colours, wonder, magic in every trip I take, every place I live, and every encounter I have.

Incredible characters color my stories and the magical places they are protagonists of: from Turkish fortune teller who read my hand in an alley in Istanbul, to the Touareg who read my hand shown the splendor of the Milky Way on a night in the Sahara, to the German carpenter who They took me to secret, timeless woods. They told me stories, legends, anecdotes, and I always asked them all the same question: what word would you use to describe happiness?
