BOOKING IS ALWAYS FREE<\/strong><\/p>\n

If anyone requests payment from you, do not proceed and book by phone.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible to book tables online with a maximum of 8 seats<\/strong>. If you want to book a table for more people you can send us an email to leserre@vivi.it<\/a> specifying name, surname, number of seats, day and time of the request, or send us a WhatsApp message<\/strong> at our number: +39 06 839 869 29. Thank you!<\/p>\n

  • How long can I stay at my reserved table?<\/strong> We expect you to be at the table for approximately 2 hours<\/li>\n
  • Isn't the time I want appearing when I book?<\/strong> If the time you'd like to book doesn't appear, it means it's no longer available.<\/li>\n
  • How do I know if my online booking was successful?<\/strong> Once you complete your online booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a booking code. There's no need to call or email to reconfirm.<\/li>\n
  • Can I change or cancel my reservation?<\/strong> Yes, there's a button directly from the email to cancel or change the table time, provided there's availability.<\/li>\n
  • Can I delay?<\/strong> Please be punctual; your table will only be reserved for 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which it may be given to someone else.<\/li>\n
  • Do you accept credit cards?<\/strong> Visa, Mastercard, American Express<\/li>\n
  • If I booked for the aperitif (7pm) can I stay for dinner?<\/strong> No, your table will be available to someone else after about two hours. We recommend emailing us to check availability or making a second reservation for the new time slot.<\/li>\n
  • What do I have to do to organize an event?<\/strong> It's very simple: send us an email summarizing what you'd like to organize and we'll set up a meeting with you.<\/li>\n
  • If our online bookings are full, you can still try to come by: sometimes we get last-minute cancellations!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
